"Graduation Day"

Today we celebrated the life of Robert L. Anderson (Andrew's grandfather) and what a beautiful day/ceremony and joyous event we had. It's so awesome when you attend a funeral that you absolutely know without a doubt the person is now with Jesus. It has such a different meaning!

Yesterday Andrew, Claire and I went to Home Depot to begin purchasing items for the new playhouse.
Here is a picture of what we purchased:



So Andrew has begun the work and we've had a few pitfalls with sizing and so forth, but nothing that Andrew hasn't been able to adjust. We also purchased magnetic paint (Because of course the refrigerator needs to be magnetic!) but it has made it a little lumpy after being spray painted so we need to sand it down and try again. What a labor of love!

Hello!

Well, I am beginning a blog. I most seriously would like to discontinue my Facebook account for personal  convictions, but still desired a way to keep far off friends and family connected to our growing family via pictures and ramblings. This seemed the best way to do so. 

I am not a writer, so please don't hold high expectations for these posts.

Well, for now I should sign off to begin my fermentations for the day (Kefir and Kombucha).
